How to earn CLHG Rewards points
- Login into your rewards profile on www.clhg.com.
- Selecting your preferred hotel and dates in the booking panel.
- Proceed though the online booking process and secure your hotel booking online.
Your points will reflect on your CLHG Rewards profile 48 hours after check-out. All bookings made for non-registered members by a CLHG Rewards member will only earn 50% of the points.
How to redeem CLHG Rewards points
- Login to your rewards profile on www.clhg.com.
- Select your preferred hotel and dates in the booking panel.
- Under ‘More Options’ click the box that states ‘I am making a Redemption booking’.
- Proceed though the online booking process and secure your hotel booking online.
- As soon as the booking has been confirmed, the points will be deducted from your CLHG Rewards points balance.
FAQs
Join online at www.clhg.com by creating a free CLHG Rewards profile. Click on the ‘Rewards’ menu, select ‘CLHG Rewards’ and click on the ‘Register’ option under the menu.
Click on the ‘LOGIN’ button, and then on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the screen, populate your Username and Registered Email and click on ‘SUBMIT’. A reset password email will then be sent to the registered email address.
City Lodge Hotel Group does not allow partial redemption bookings.
City Lodge Hotel Group does not allow editing of redemption reservations. You are, however, able to cancel your booking online and make a new booking using your points, provided that booking has not passed the check-in date.

New members are awarded 100 points when signing up as a first time member.
As you were already a member of Lodger Club, you will remain on our database, so no need to register again. Lodger Club members do not need to take any action. Your Lodger Club profile, username and password will remain exactly the same in CLHG Rewards as they were in the Lodger Club.
Terms and Conditions
- No CLHG Rewards points will be earned when participating in the Clicks ClubCard or Bodyshop Promotions.
- No CLHG Rewards points will be earned on redemption bookings.
- CLHG Rewards points are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, following which points will expire.
